For those who transfer from Hanoi, it takes 2.5 hours to travel by shuttle bus (book in the next step with an additional fee) to depart around 6:00 - 6:30.

Begin your journey by checking in at the Ambassador's Lounge in Halong International Harbor. From there, you will be transferred to Ambassador Cruise II around 8:00 - 8:45.

Then, delight in sightseeing as the ship starts the trip through the magnificent limestone islets of Halong Bay and Bai Tu Long Bay.

Explore Sung Sot Cave, the bay's largest and most magnificent cave, adorned with ancient stalactites in various unique formations.

Visit Titop Island, a splendid destination boasting a crescent moon-shaped beach. Take a dip in the turquoise waters and climb to the island's summit for a breathtaking 360-degree view of the bay.

Indulge in a premium lunch on board while the cruise continues its journey, passing by famous and beautiful landscapes in Halong Bay.

Afternoon

Discover Luon Cave, one of the bay's most unique caves. Marvel at the self-contained lake nestled within a closed arch-shaped mountain. You can choose to experience a bamboo boat ride or go kayaking (both need an extra fee) to fully immerse yourself in the surroundings.

Be enchanted by fascinating live band music on the sundecks (except on Mondays) and admire the magical scenery of Halong Bay. Alternatively, you can participate in a cooking class at the 4th-floor restaurant.

Disembark at Halong International Cruise Port, concluding your memorable journey.

Our transportation service (book in the next step with an additional fee) will wait for you at the cruise port and transfer you back to Hanoi at around19:00.

Cancellation by Customer

More than 21 days before check-in: FREE of charge
From 11 to 20 days before check-in: 30% of total rates
From 7 to 10 days before check-in: 50% of total rates
Less than 7 days before check-in & no Show: 100% of total rates

Cancellation due to bad weather

If the cancellation be announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depend on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied:

Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
The trip be cut down from 2 nights to 1 night, tourists will be charged a 2 days/1 night trip, plus other used services, the rest will be refunded.
